FEES

PHYSIOTHERAPY:

$80.00 PER HOUR
  • Initial physio session (includes assessment and treatment): 1 ½ hours ($120*)
  • Subsequent physiotherapy sessions: 1 hour ($80.00*)

Payment may be made after each treatment or at the end of each week. A receipt will be issued which can then be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.



CONSULTATIONS:

Consultation via e-mail and/or telephone: $80.00 per consultation

Consultations are not covered by insurance plans.




FACELIFTS:

Initial facelift session: 1 ½ hours: $120.00*
Subsequent facelift sessions: 1 hour: $80.00*

Facelifts are not covered by insurance plans.
