PHYSIOTHERAPY FEES:

$80.00 PER HOUR
  • Initial physiotherapy session (includes assessment and treatment): 1 ½ hours ($120)
  • Subsequent physiotherapy sessions: 1 hour ($80.00)

PAYMENT MAY BE MADE AFTER EACH TREATMENT OR AT THE END OF EACH WEEK. A RECEIPT WILL BE ISSUED WHICH CAN THEN BE SUBMITTED TO YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY FOR REIMBURSEMENT.



FACELIFT FEES:

Initial facelift session: 2 hours: $160.00
Subsequent facelift sessions: 1 ½ hours: $120.00

Facelifts are not covered by insurance plans.


Only cash and/or cheques accepted.
